Some consequences are good.
They strengthen your
self-worth, build your confidence, improve family
love and
connection, and increase your value in the eyes of friends, co-workers, and neighbours.
And the other consequences…?
Not so good.
They create an inner-battle, shame, guilt, pain, disconnection, and a whole line of BS self-talk that serves no one. Especially you.
And when all those negative consequences add up, they feel suffocating. So suffocating that you’ll do almost anything to forget about them...even if it starts to hurt the people closest to you.
